We conscientiously obtain our raw materials from different regions across the globe, primarily from the US, UK, and Singapore. We make a dedicated effort to work with companies worldwide that prioritise responsible sourcing, which contributes to our commitment to sustainability. Our product components are exclusively vegan, not tested on animals, free from phthalates, and devoid of petroleum-based ingredients. Every product is hand-poured, meticulously designed and crafted in Singapore.

Akes studio is currently not open for visiting. While we don't have a physical location for you to visit at the moment, we are still passionate about upcycling and recycling. We encourage you to find creative ways to repurpose our containers.

For orders within Singapore, complimentary shipping is provided for purchases exceeding SGD60. Alternatively, shipping fees are determined by weight, or standard delivery via our courier partner is available at SGD5 per parcel for orders below the minimum.

Certainly, we do offer international shipping. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout.

We strive to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 working days. Our courier typically delivers the following day (Monday - Saturday). Shipping details will be updated in your order once they are available.

Same-day delivery within Singapore is available at a cost of SGD30, regardless of the total amount of your purchase. The order cutoff time is at 2pm.
